code and matter
Governed AI software delivery

From product intent.
To verified software.

Code and Matter is built around a living product specification: one shared source for AI agents to plan, build, test, and deliver software—with people in control of the decisions that matter.

The platform / 01

One specification.
A connected delivery process.

[01]

A living PRD

Turn product intent into structured requirements, acceptance criteria, and a task graph. Keep the reason for a change connected to its design and implementation.

Requirements · Acceptance criteria · Traceability

[02]

Coordinated AI execution

The platform architecture connects specialist agents through seven stages, with explicit handoffs. Each stage carries the context and outputs the next stage needs.

Agents · Stage handoffs · Shared context

[03]

Evidence for review

Connect requirements to changes, test results, release decisions, and operational signals. Review what happened and what remains unverified before accepting an outcome.

Tests · Release evidence · Execution history

The delivery lifecycle / 02

Seven stages.
One connected system.

The Project10k architecture, now Code and Matter, follows the software lifecycle from planning to ongoing automation. Stage gates and validated handoffs make progress reviewable.

  1. Planning & specification

Clarify the problem, requirements, constraints, and acceptance criteria in a living PRD.

  2. Design

Translate the specification into architecture, interfaces, and design decisions.

  3. Orchestration

Break the work into tasks, dependencies, and bounded agent responsibilities.

  4. Code

Produce implementation changes against the approved task and requirement context.

  5. Test

Check the implementation and collect evidence against its acceptance criteria.

  6. Deploy

Prepare a controlled release with explicit approval and deployment checks.

  7. Automation

Connect operational signals and feedback to the next iteration of the product.

Control & accountability / 03

Autonomy needs
clear boundaries.

[01]

Human decisions

Approval gates and operator controls are part of the platform design. A generated change, a passing test, and permission to release are separate decisions.

[02]

Cost and scope

Define the work, budget, and permitted actions before execution. Cost visibility and policy controls belong alongside the delivery workflow.

[03]

Specialist work partners

The Upknacks connection is a supporting pilot workflow for bounded specialist tasks, with request history, status, and accepted evidence. Returned work still needs native verification and release approval.

Current availability: This public site introduces the platform and accepts pilot enquiries by email. It does not launch agents, run a pipeline, or provision a customer workspace. End-to-end autonomy and production readiness must be demonstrated for each agreed pilot; they are not promised by this website.
